Made-to-Order Production Time

At Kyza Jewellery, most of our pieces are made to order to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail.
Production Time: 10–20 business days
Once your order is ready, it will be shipped through a reliable courier company, which usually takes 4–7 working days for delivery, depending on your location.

In-Stock Items

If your selected item is in stock, we will notify you via WhatsApp or email and dispatch your order within 1–2 business days.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping (Free):

  • Delivery in 5–6 business days after dispatch

  • Available across India

• Express Shipping (Optional & Chargeable):

  • Can be requested by the customer once the order is ready

  • Charges will be calculated and communicated via WhatsApp, email, or Instagram

  • Delivery in 2-4 business days after dispatch

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp or email with your tracking number so you can follow your package.

Important Note on Delivery Responsibility

Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and up to date.
Kyza Jewellery is not responsible for non-delivery in cases where:

• An incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided, or

• The customer or their representative is unavailable at the time of delivery.
  In such instances, additional charges will apply for re-delivery and RTO.

While we do our best to meet our estimated timelines, unforeseen delays (such as high volume periods, weather conditions, or courier issues) may occasionally occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
