Once we receive your concern and unboxing video, our team will review the information provided. Based on our assessment, we will determine the appropriate action to be taken.

Kyzaindia reserves the right to refuse any exchange or replacement request that does not meet our requirements.

However, concerns or issues that arise due to negligence or improper care, such as exposing the jewelry to harsh chemicals, rough handling etc. will not be eligible for a replacement.
