3. 3D CAD Preview
Once your order is confirmed , our team of talented designers create a computer sketch design for your final approval before production. This allows a better understanding of the look, feel, and scale of your piece. At this stage you can request changes for your customised piece.
4. Production
Kyza proudly works with expert karigars of West Bengal, a region deeply known for its fine jewellery-making heritage. For generations, Bengal’s artisans have been admired for their patience, precision and delicate handwork, especially in gold, silver and intricate filigree craftsmanship. It takes around 4 - 6 weeks for each piece to be perfectly made. Custom Designs are 100% bespoke and handmade by our incredible craftsman.
5. Sharing real time photos before dispatch
Before delivery, Kyza shares real-time photos and videos of your completed jewellery directly from our workshop, giving you a clear look at the final design, stone setting, finish and overall craftsmanship. This allows you to review your piece before it is carefully checked, securely packaged and dispatched to your doorstep.
